For some, fitness is just a lifestyle. For me, it is a way of life — a discipline that has shaped who I am today.

I am a fitness model, video creator, entrepreneur, and gym owner. Through my videos, I share my lifestyle, my fitness journey, my experiences, and the person behind the physique. I believe that what you build outside is a reflection of what you build within.

My journey in fitness has given me some incredible milestones. I have earned the title of Mr. India in bodybuilding, and in powerlifting, I have won the 7-time Strongman title. But honestly, these titles are not what define me. They are simply reminders of the discipline, consistency, and countless hours of hard work behind the person I have become.

For me, fitness is not just about lifting weights or building muscles. The real satisfaction comes when I help someone transform their body, their confidence, and ultimately, their life. Seeing someone achieve something they once thought was impossible gives me a feeling that money can never replace.

I have always believed that not everything in life should be done for money. Sometimes, the real reward is satisfaction — knowing that your work made a difference, knowing that you helped someone become a better version of themselves.

I create content because I love expressing myself. I run a gym because I love building people. I compete because I love challenging my limits. And I live my life with one simple belief — never stop becoming better than the person you were yesterday.

People may know me as Indori King, they may know me as a fitness model, a champion, a creator, or a gym owner.

But inside all these identities, I am simply Sonu — a man who believes in hard work, loyalty, self-respect, and living life on his own terms.

And now, I’m stepping into a completely different world — the world of reality television.

Here, there are no weights to lift, no stage lights to hide behind, and no perfect script.

Just me, my personality, my emotions, my strengths, my weaknesses… and the real Sonu Patel.

Because I don't just enter a room to participate.
